Welcome to Green Message Texting (GMT), a 2-way messaging utility that connects you and your information with the people around you. The SMS service and network (collectively, "GMT", "clempi" or "the Service" or "clempi.com" or "greenmessage.co.uk" or "gmtext.co.uk") are operated by CME Solutions Ltd & Green Message. and its corporate affiliates (collectively, "us", "we" or "the Company"). Where Green Message Texting, GMT, gmtext.co.uk, greenmessage.co.uk or Clempi is used it can refer to clempi.com or CME Solutions Ltd or greenmessage.co.uk or Green Message or gmtext.co.uk.
Green Message Texting Core Principles
GMT follows the core principle; We only use contact information for the purpose it was intended. Information is not passed to any third parties. GMT's Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use the personal information you provide, and help you make informed decisions when using GMT, located at www.gmtext.co.uk and its directly associated domains (collectively, "clempi" or "Website").By using or accessing GMT, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This privacy statement covers the site www.clempi.com, www.greenmessage.co.uk, www.gmtext.co.uk and its directly associated domains.

No payment details are held on the GMT website.
The information we collect
The information we collect at GMT comes from either those people who have registered an account with GMT (registration through the website and those who are using the GMT service through their mobile phone (users of GMT).
When you visit a GMT website you provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by us and website use information collected by us as you interact with our website.
When you register with GMT you provide us with certain personal information, such as your name, your email address, your mobile phone number and any other personal or preference information that you provide to us.
When you enter a GMT website, we collect your browser type and IP address. This information is gathered for all GMT visitors. In addition, we store certain information from your browser using "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. By default, we use a persistent cookie that stores your customer ID (but not your password). If you remove or block this cookie using the settings in your browser you will not be able to use the GMT service.
You post User Content (as defined in the GMT Terms of Use) on the Site at your own risk. Although we take security issues, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share their information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that user Content you post on the site will not be viewed by unauthorised persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Users have copied or stored your user Content.
Any improper collection or misuse of information provided on GMT is a violation of the clempi Terms of Service and should be reported through the *** FEEDBACK ***
Use of Information Obtained by GMT Registration
For those registering an account with clempi.com (Not all GMT customers) you will be asked for several pieces of information:
· An email address is used as your login name. This will be occassionally used to send out essential system messages and notifications regarding new services and suggestions on using GMT. GMT may send you service-related announcements from time to time through the general operation of the service. For instance, if feedback is received on a reserved keyword it may be sent by email.
· A password is used to secure your account. GMT enforces use of strong passwords. A password must be a minimum of eight characters containing upper and lower case characters.
· First name, your last name, Company Name (if applicable), Brief description of your company (if applicable) are all collected so we can occasionally personalise the service and offer additional help on using GMT
· Mobile number is used to send out essential system messages (if applicable). For example, if text message credit is running low a warning message can be sent to a GMT registered user's mobile phone
Information stored at GMT
Some GMT users can upload documents and amend personal settings including automatic email and SMS replies. Contact information is gathered through the clempi service. Although all of this information is backed up regularly GMT is not responsible for the loss of any data. Users of GMT should ensure they have backup copies of any uploaded documents and any text (whether SMS replies or emails).
Sharing your registration information with Third Parties
GMT does not pass information supplied at registration to any third parties and although we enforce rigid security policies, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
GMT is about sharing information with others. Any documents that are uploaded to the clempi website can be retrieved by any members of the public. All such sharing of information is done at your own risk. Please keep in mind that if you disclose personal information in your Profile or uploading documents, images, completing automatic message replies or other items, this information becomes publicly available.
Information gathered from members of the Public using the GMT Service
GMT is a contact gathering system. It gathers mobile phone numbers, email addresses and other information such as feedback. GMT's policy is to only pass contact information to the intended recipients. We do not provide contact information to any third parties . Whilst GMT's terms of usage states that registered users must not pass contact information to any third parties this cannot be guaranteed. GMT is not responsible for any contact information, collected through the system that is passed on to third parties. GMT will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of information being passed onto third parties.
Unsubscribing from the service
If a member of the public unsubscribes from a GMT contact list an email will be sent to the customer who owns the keyword that collected the contact. The customer must remove the contact's details from any personal contact list they have. Failing to do so can result in termination of GMT account. GMT will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of any such contact details being used after a notice to unsubscribe has been accepted
We may be required to disclose user information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We do not reveal information until we have a good faith belief that an information request by law enforcement or private litigants meets applicable legal standards. Additionally, we may share account or other information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, to protect our interests or property, to prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through the GMT service or using the GMT name, or to prevent imminent bodily harm. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, agents or government agencies.

GMT may contain links to other websites. We are of course not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by GMT.
Third Party Advertising
Any advertisements that appear on GMT are sometimes delivered (or "served") directly to users by third party advertisers. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. These third party advertisers may also download cookies to your computer, or use other technologies such as JavaScript and "web beacons" (also known as "1x1 gifs") to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalise advertising content. Doing this allows the advertising network to recognise your computer each time they send you an advertisement in order to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalise advertising content. In this way, they may compile information about where individuals using your computer or browser saw their advertisements and determine which advertisements are clicked. GMT does not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by the third party advertisers. Third party advertisers have no access to your contact information stored on GMT unless you choose to share it with them.
This privacy policy covers the use of cookies by GMT and does not cover the use of cookies or other tracking technologies by any of its advertisers.
Changing or Removing Information
For those individuals who have a registered account with GMT control over most personal information on GMT is readily available through your details.GMT users may modify or delete any of their Profile information at any time by logging into their account. Information will be updated immediately. Individuals who wish to deactivate their GMT account may do so by sending email. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to members of GMT.
Security
GMT takes appropriate precautions to protect our users' information. Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall. When you enter sensitive information (such as a mobile number or your password), we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
Because email and instant messaging are not recognised as secure communications, we request that you do not send private information to us by email or instant messaging services. Any SMS or email messages sent from GMT to members of the public are also not recognised as secure communications and clempi and we cannot be held responsible for the content.

Terms of Use, Notices and Revisions
Your use of GMT, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Use and all of its dispute resolution provisions including arbitration, limitation on damages and choice of law. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately, and material changes will take effect within 30 days of their posting on this site. If we make changes, we will post them and will indicate at the top of this page the policy's new effective date. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email or through notice on our home page. We encourage you to refer to this policy on an ongoing basis so that you understand our current privacy policy. Unless stated otherwise, our current privacy policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.
