What do we do?

 

We offer you the chance to use our SMS service to promote your organisation, your e-newsletter, and collect e-mail addresses and other data from your targeted audience.

 

How do we do this?

 

We allocate you a keyword, unique to your organisation, that you promote on your published materials, people then see that number, and can send a normal-rate text message to it, along with their e-mail address and any other information you would like to collect, and will be automatically added to your e-mail database. You are then sending your e-marketing material directly to a recipient who has requested it, perfect targeted marketing.

 

You can also use this to provide other material to people as well, such as your latest brochure, or price list.

 

For example: Smith & Co puts an advert in a magazine or a flyer. “For a copy of our latest brochure and to receive our regular e-newsletter, simply text SMITH to 07624 811555 followed by your e-mail address.” People then read that, text their e-mail address to the number and then receive an e-mail back with the brochure, plus get added onto the e-newsletter database.

 

Can I broadcast messages?

 

Of course, our system can be used to broadcast an SMS message to anybody who has signed up via the service, or any other mobile numbers you have collected, provided you hold permission to communicate to them.

 

What are the benefits?

 

We have a proven track record of raising the profile and awareness of organisations in almost every sector, and our SMS service just increases the coverage of your brand, whilst simultaneously allowing you collect specific information from people who want to know more about YOU, and making it easy for them to receive further information.

 

How much does it cost?

 

We have a very simple pricing policy for our SMS Service. We charge a one-off setup fee of £200 for account registration, system setup and rental of your unique keyword. This keyword stays with you for as long as you use the service.

 

Thereafter, there is simply a monthly charge of £150 per month for using the service which covers you for up to 400 confirmation texts per month (I.e 400 people signing up each month). Further texts, and any texts used for SMS Broadcasts are charged at 10pence per text, payable at the end of each month.

 

Does it have to be used alongside our e-newsletter service?

 

Simply, no. We do feel that the 2 services compliment each other perfectly however and it would certainly help to maximise your Return On Investment and also increase your e-newsletter coverage if you did use the 2 alongside each other,  however if you want to use the SMS Service as a stand-alone service, either for SMS Broadcasts, just to help raise awareness or to use with another e-newsletter provider, then that is absolutely fine.
